Wet N Wild is returning for its second edition, following the success of the first edition last year.
This year’s event will be bigger and better, with a larger venue and an expected attendance of at least 300 people.
🎟️ TICKET STRUCTURE
We would like to have three ticket phases, with both General Admission and VIP tickets available.
🟢 EARLY BIRD — LIMITED
General Admission: R70
VIP: R90
🟡 PHASE 1

🔴 AT THE GATE

Ticketing Requirements
We would like the ticketing system to:
- Allow us to create the three different ticket phases.
- Set limited quantities for each phase.
- Automatically move customers to the next pricing phase once the previous phase sells out or closes.
- Issue a unique QR/barcode ticket to each customer.
- Allow our event team to scan tickets at the entrance using smartphones.
- Prevent tickets from being scanned/used more than once.
- Allow us to distinguish between General and VIP tickets when checking people in.
- Provide us with ticket sales information and attendance/check-in tracking.
