Simple pricing

R0 to list. R0 per ticket to TKKT.

TKKT does not add a booking fee or take a percentage of your ticket price. Paid transactions run through your own Yoco, PayFast, or Paystack account.

Your payment provider still charges its standard card-processing rate. That fee is set and collected by the provider, not TKKT.

What is included

The core event workflow is available without a TKKT subscription.

AI-assisted event setup

Describe your event in chat and build the listing, ticket details, description, and cover image.

Free and paid tickets

Publish free RSVP events immediately, or connect a supported payment provider for paid tickets.

QR tickets and check-in

Buyers receive QR tickets by email and organisers can scan them from a phone, including with patchy connectivity.

Organiser dashboard

See ticket totals, revenue processed through your gateway, guest details, and check-in progress.

Promotion tools

Use tracked sharing links, promo codes, tiered pricing, and optional event-specific top-ups.

Direct payment architecture

TKKT does not collect your ticket revenue and then pay it out later. Your gateway processes it for your account.

02

What you may still pay

  1. 01

    Payment-provider processing

Yoco, PayFast, or Paystack applies its own current transaction pricing. Check your provider account for the rate that applies to you.

  2. 02

    Refund costs or retained fees

Refund handling and any non-refundable processing fees are governed by your provider. After refunding there, contact TKKT to invalidate the matching QR ticket and update its status.

  3. 03

    Optional future tools

TKKT is currently bootstrapped. Optional paid organiser tools may be introduced later, but the plan is not to add a per-ticket TKKT fee.

03

How can TKKT be free?

TKKT is currently bootstrapped during its founding-organiser period. The goal is to prove that organisers can repeatedly run successful events before introducing paid products.

Future revenue is planned around optional organiser tools and services, such as advanced operations, branding, team access, and launch support. Core ticketing remains positioned around R0 TKKT platform fees.

FAQ

Questions organisers ask

Does TKKT add a fee for the ticket buyer?

No. TKKT does not add its own booking fee at checkout. The organiser sets the displayed ticket price and the connected payment provider processes the transaction.

Do free events need a payment gateway?

No. A free event can be published and issue RSVPs without Yoco, PayFast, or Paystack.

Who holds the ticket money?

TKKT does not hold it. Paid transactions are processed through the organiser's connected gateway account.

Are payment-provider fees included in R0?

No. Your chosen provider charges its own standard processing rate under its agreement with you.
